At Oakcha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey; if you are not in love with your scent, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Fragrance

  Carefully place the perfume bottle back into its original luxury packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange scent within 5-7 business days.
